1. Acceptance
By using Bondhu you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens in your account. One person may not create multiple fake accounts.
3. Content rules
You may not post:
- Any content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children (we may report it to law enforcement)
- Nudity or sexual content, violence, threats and harassment
- Hateful or discriminatory content, scams and spam
- Other people's copyrighted material or private information without permission
- Content that helps with illegal activity
4. Ownership of your content
Your posts remain yours. By posting on Bondhu you allow us to display, store and share them on the service.
5. Marketplace
Buying and selling on the Marketplace is entirely between buyer and seller. Bondhu is not a party to any transaction and takes no responsibility for the quality of goods, payment or delivery. Selling illegal, counterfeit or dangerous items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, etc.) is prohibited. Never pay an advance to someone you do not know.
6. Reports and enforcement
If you break these terms we may remove content and suspend or delete your account. If something looks wrong, use the "Report" button.
7. Advertising and earnings
Bondhu may show ads in the future and may later offer earning opportunities for creators. Amounts, conditions and payment rules will be announced separately at that time. No earnings are promised today.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or errors.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, the new date will be shown on this page.
